Hotell asub Düsseldorfis Pempelforti linnaosas ning pakub head ühendust vanalinna ja pearaudteejaamaga. We loved the room. It was this cute minimalistic retro style room. Its was a nice bathroom too. It was all really likable. Unfortunatly once we got there one of the nightlights was broken. It could've happened to anyone so we didn't mind. But we were scared that if we didn't let someone know, they would charge us for it. On the contrary they gave us 2 drinks on the house which was really nice of them. And we wanted to book the spa for a couple of hours. They told us about the broken sauna right before we wanted to go in. But, the steambath was still working. So they gave us two options. We could cancel without charging us or we could book it for half the price. This might sound obvious to some people to get offered these things, but the staff really isn't this nice a lot of the time. We just got a bit of bad luck on vacation sometimes, but they really made sure our stay would be less fun because of that. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. It's definitely a place I would recommend to other people.

Near U-Bahn and Straßenbahn stations, one stop away from the Altstadt. Restaurants nearby. Underground car park. Friendly staff. Excellent!
