They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Amazing location, just a small walk to the beach. The breakfast is amazing, tea selection is great. Rooms are beautiful, nice size and clean. The room with the balcony is so worth it.

Boasting a restaurant, free bikes as well as a bar, Arbaso Hotel is set in the San Sebastian City-Center of San Sebastián, 800 meters from Victoria Eugenia Theater. The property is at a prime location, in the center of Centro area but close enough to Old Town and the bus station. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated.

We love the decor, the vibe of this hotel. Rooms were very chic and comfortable. Excellent location. Personnel especially Jona were very helpful and welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat and Go.

Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra se nahaja v veličastni stavbi iz 19. stoletja, poleg plaže na obmorski promenadi v mestu San Sebastián. the location can not be better. It is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. I have been there several times over the years and certainly choose it again next time.

The location was amazing and the staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was great for our stay. From check in to valet to bar to breakfast and restaurant, it was fabulous.

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Food was a bit expensive in room service. The room had a great view of the river, and very comfortable. Shower a little small, but manageable. The location was great for shopping and dinning walking distance.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. A smart and tasteful hotel, with excellent staff, set conveniently in the town, but in a raised position away from the noise and hustle of the street. Great secure parking too.

Axel Hotel San Sebastián - Adults Only in San Sebastián provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a bar. Amazing place, location is quiet but just steps from the city center. My mom and I had an amazing time here.
