Great looking modern but cosy room, spacious bath, very soft bed with 3 pillows per person :o. Very clean, everything in the room was high tech (room temp, tv, Chromecast, lights, etc). Location good as well, close to Paris Nord and the Metro station. Staff very friendly and helpful!!

Great location very close to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre; beautiful rooms and well-equipped bathroom; water, Pepsi and juice in the minibar that is complimentary; good wifi; great breakfast - and bonus service that was so welcome and unexpected - they have a bar of pastries and crisps etc open from the afternoon and all night which was great for our kids; at breakfast they have packs of nuts and dried fruit that are complimentary snacks for your days sight-seeing - I have never experienced this before. Friendly staff available 24/7.

Nastanitev Philéas Lazare & Spa se nahaja v 9. pariškem okrožju, le 10 min hoje stran od Opere Garnier in veleblagovnice Galeries Lafayette, ter ponuja turško kopel, telovadnico, 24-urno recepcijo,... Namestitev je na odlicni lokaciji. Blizu je tako zelezniska postaja kot metro postaja. Tudi peš je vse dokaj blizu (30 min hoje). Zajtrk je bil dober. Vsak dan so iste stvari, ampak je na razpolago za krajsi oddih dovolj razlicnega da ne postane monotono.

Would love to have stayed longer.

Located in the Opera Garnier District, a 4-minutes walk from the famous Printemps and Galeries Lafayette stores, 1er Etage Opéra is a modern-style accommodation set on the 1st floor of a 19th-century... small, beautifully managed with personal care and touches. the owners and all the staff are amazingly helpful - above and beyond. it’s in a courtyard, so it’s very quiet, but close to everything.
