Everything was fine. Great breakfast and above all, the simpathy of all the staff. But above all, Jay Jay, a guy who always helped us with a smile on his face. Made us feel at home. This Mercure is located in the heart of the city of Strasbourg, near the Gare Centrale station and the picturesque district of Petite France. I have to say this hotel is so wonderful!! Its location is just a 5 min walk from the train station and so close to the old town. From here one can easily reach the beautiful town. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The service is great!!! The breakfast was also lovely. I really have nothing to complain!! Would definitely stay here again next time!!! Thanks again for this wonderful experience!!

This Hotel was great! Great location (Also great for Christmas Market)walking distance to shops, restaurants. Staff was very nice. You can bring your Dogs, which was wonderful. Overall experience was great!
