Great location if you travel by train like us, nice breakfast, everyting in working condition, clean and comfortable. Free water/ tea/ coffee facilities in the lobby. Really friendly and helpful staff, it was a pleasure to talk to them.

The location is great, next to the train station and minutes away front the Petit France/Cathedral, but also close to the tram station for getting to other areas. Staff was extremely nice, helped me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday, with cake/balloons etc. My involvement was minimal, they took care of everything and it turned out super nice, so I really appreciate that. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated and the space is used efficiently. Breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay there and really had a good time.

We had a problem with the air conditioning and they immediately offered us a room move to a better room. Thank you so much for that! The position was perfect, close to the station and the Petite France.
