This Mercure is located in the heart of the city of Strasbourg, near the Gare Centrale station and the picturesque district of Petite France. Great location if you travel by train like us, nice breakfast, everyting in working condition, clean and comfortable. Free water/ tea/ coffee facilities in the lobby. Really friendly and helpful staff, it was a pleasure to talk to them.

The location is great, next to the train station and minutes away front the Petit France/Cathedral, but also close to the tram station for getting to other areas. Staff was extremely nice, helped me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday, with cake/balloons etc. My involvement was minimal, they took care of everything and it turned out super nice, so I really appreciate that. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated and the space is used efficiently. Breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay there and really had a good time.

This Hotel was great! Great location (Also great for Christmas Market)walking distance to shops, restaurants. Staff was very nice. You can bring your Dogs, which was wonderful. Overall experience was great!
