This Mercure is located in the heart of the city of Strasbourg, near the Gare Centrale station and the picturesque district of Petite France. Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center. I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change. When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.

Hotel des Vosges is located in Stasbourg near the train station and the city centre. It offers comfortable and affordable accommodation. The location is great, next to the train station and minutes away front the Petit France/Cathedral, but also close to the tram station for getting to other areas. Staff was extremely nice, helped me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday, with cake/balloons etc. My involvement was minimal, they took care of everything and it turned out super nice, so I really appreciate that. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated and the space is used efficiently. Breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay there and really had a good time.

Best location, just direct from central station of Strasbourg. We are family of 3 and the bright room, large windows with 3 large beds enough for 4. Hotel is very generarous on towels, which I really appreciate. Fantastic breakfast at garden view porch.
