The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. Also, there’s a space where you can store your luggage before checking in, which was a big plus for us. The property is very well situated in London, very close to the bus station and the underground.

Note we ended up staying in the sister hotel the Phoenix so the amenities mentioned will be focused on them but some features are also relevant to Kensington Gardens so please read with that in mind. First and foremost the staff!! We ended up with extra bags and could not manage any more stairs after already logging 4 weeks of travel. With no questions asked they switched us to a ground floor room in their sister hotel two doors up, the Phoenix. The Phoenix is where we would have eaten breakfast and gone to to access if we came in late anyway, so my review of breakfast, staff etc is still the same. The room was so comfortable with modern amenities and lots of places to charge our devices. They had a rotating fan!! we were so delighted to have this to get the air moving in the room as it was pouring rain and being on the ground floor we didn’t want to have open windows. The curtains are blackout and killed all noise and light and allowed for absolute privacy. They gave us a tub so after weeks of showers we both happily indulged in a good soak! The staff - again , this felt like old world hospitality, highly welcome in a world of stream lined do it yourself. From the breakfast room to the cleaning staff all were neat and uniformed and highly efficient. While breakfast was a buffet, staff were on hand to serve pots of coffee or tea to your table, clear and rest tables for fast turnover and answer inquiries. Our room when we returned every evening was sparkling and spotless. The concierge staff were proactive and friendly and so helpful from loaning me scissors to trying their best to book us a taxi in the middle of a tube strike, they were all wonderful. A note on the location - This is a series of traditional houses turned into one hotel, they have kept the configuration so it still feels very English (made me smile) and when you step out there is a lovely garden in the centre of the square.

这座新鲜、时尚、安静的酒店距离海德公园、大理石拱门和牛津街众多的商店只有几分钟的步行路程，酒店的酒吧餐厅提供鸡尾酒和国际美食。 Caesar酒店坐落在远离Bayswater区的一个安静的住宅区，靠近诺丁山和Mayfair休闲购物区，Portobello大街和Paddington地铁站（设有希思罗机场快线）都位于酒店附近。... Excellent staff who do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The location is perfect, it’s a quiet neighbourhood not far from public transport and bikes. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and make your day!!!

Inhabit Hotels系列酒店位于西伦敦（West London），获得了共益企业（B Corp）认证和绿色钥匙（Green Key）认证，致力于改善社会和环保。 Inhabit，Queen’s Gardens酒店位于贝斯沃特 （Bayswater） ，提供158间经过修复的客房、精心策划的艺术品以及Inhale... 離帕丁頓車站走路5-7分鐘,非常方便,附近也很多吃的,雖然電梯只有一台,但是有電梯真的超棒的,大門口有階梯所以需要扛行李,（應該是餐廳的人很好,還走過來問需不需要幫忙扛行李） 2樓兩人房我們覺得很大，住的很舒服，淋浴間乾濕分離，比較特別的是洗手台在靠近門口，不在浴室裡面 房間內沒有冰箱，但是有熱水壺可以煮熱水跟泡茶，很棒的是有桌子跟兩張椅子，這是我們在倫敦住到最高級的房間～（畢竟價格有比較貴啦哈哈）
