We loved the dressing gowns super luxurious. Also the coffee was outstanding.

Ida at the Front Desk in particular went above and beyond to ensure that we had a room that was accommodating for my friend who has some mobility issues. Edwin in the bar was jovial and helpful. At each turn, the staff was there to help and make us feel welcome. The location was great, as were the little shops and restaurants around the corner (which the staff recommended).
