What a wonderful place, beautifully decorated with a lot of charm and warm-hearted people! Highly recommend it if you want to have an authentic and very special experience. From the moment you enter the door of this boutique hotel, you feel very welcome and everything is smooth and pleasant. We booked this place for the Birthday anniversary celebration, and indeed we did feel very special and festive there! Our room was upgraded, it did feel joyful and very romantic! Upon arrival, we had special treats in the room with some nice chocolates, a glass of bubbles and a Birthday card! Very caring and sincere attention towards their guests, you want to come back to this place again! I would like especially to thank Carlo, who was very attentive, kind and genuine, making our stay so special and memorable!

This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I think that this hotel really deserves its ranking. Nathan at the reception (the only name I remember) welcomed us and we even managed to check in 2 hours earlier, however we did not expect that. He also gave a lot of tips where to go and what to see. I must say that all the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful. All women that serve breakfast were making the beginning of our days great and very positive. Food was really delicious and we could choose the dishes or adjust them as we would like. The room was very nice, not too small, with all facilities we needed. Adaptor was provided in the room that made our charging of the devices easier. We liked the opportunity to take some treats and tea at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was done in a proper way.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. מלון בוטיק מקסים.. שדרגו את החדר שהזמנתי מבלי שביקשתי. הצוות פשוט יוצא מגדרו כדי שיהיה לך טוב ונותן מענה לכל צורך שיש לך. החדר נקי וכולל פינוקים קטנים במיני בר לשימוש חופשי של האורחים. המלון ממוקם ממש ליד תחנת רכבת תחתית וקרוב מאוד למוזיאון ויקטוריה ואלברט ומוזיאון ההיסטוריה של הטבע. תודה מיוחדת למר בלייז החביב מצוות המלון שתמיג חייך וניסה לעזור וכן למריוס וקתרינה. ממליץ בחום.

מלון קווינס גייט (The Queens Gate Hotel) שוכן בבית עיירה אלגנטי מהמאה ה-19, ונמצא במרחק של כ-500 מטרים מהרויאל אלברט הול (Royal Albert Hall) ומהייד פארק (Hyde Park). Everything!!
