And we have visited a lot of 5 star hotels. Eric the concierge just wonderful. So helpful. Beatrice in club Lounge was so lovely and helpful also. Gym was superb.

I have no complaints. Staff is very attentive to our needs and very courteous. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is also perfect. Everything is great.

Pottinger Hong Kong er ligger bekvemt i Central i gåafstand fra MTR-stationen Central, Airport Express og Lan Kwai Fong. The location is amazing which is only a couple of minutes walk from ifc and hk airport express. Location to MTR is also very convenient with loads of local cafes around the hotel. Thank you so much to the concierge staff who was so kind to walk me closer to ifc with my luggages. This is an incredible hotel which I always feel incredibly safe and comfortable in.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong heralds a new era with the continuing launch of modernised guestrooms designed by renowned French interior designer Tristan Auer. Loved the view from my bedroom and the spa experience. Bathroom was a little old but everything worked well. Appreciated the friendly and attentive staff and the wonderful breakfast. Amazing location too.
