Service and facilities, and breakfast, were perhaps the best I have stayed in. And we have visited a lot of 5 star hotels. Eric the concierge just wonderful. So helpful. Beatrice in club Lounge was so lovely and helpful also. Gym was superb.

Loved the view from my bedroom and the spa experience. Bathroom was a little old but everything worked well. Appreciated the friendly and attentive staff and the wonderful breakfast.
