My family and I came from Fiji and were greeted by the lovely staffs, they were very friendly and we felt at home. From the day we checked in to the last day our room was always kept clean by the wonderful staffs. If you are planning a trip to Hong-Kong I believe this is an ideal place to stay, with all the attraction sites, convenient malls and restaurants all within the parameter. Will definitely come back.
