Agus and his staff were the kindest most accommodating staff we have come across we arrived at midnight with our kids checked straight in and they were fine with the kids playing in the pool quite loudly till around 3am late check out was no problem so made the late flight so much easier .. anything we needed they helped with couldn't reccomend this villa more 😁 also Warung kecil two shops up was the best place in the world for easy and close food options on those days the kids needed to relax

All staffs at Serene Villas are very amazing.They all are very friendly,helpful and very attentive to all of our requests promptly and seriously.Tour co-ordinator and driver from Serene Villas,Agus, is exceptionally good.He is always punctual(we went around tours in Bali with him 7 days.Henever late for even a single minute for the appointments).He is so patient,always positive, efficient and always willing to help.Our butler,Sumi,is also very good and helpful.She's also very attentive and trying to fulfil our requests very efficiently.Other staff,Suriya,is also very caring,helpful.I should not miss to mention the efficiency and hospitality of other staffs too.We had a very solid 9 days stay at The Villas.

Meriki Apartment is conveniently situated in vibrant Seminyak within a 10-minute walk of Seminyak Beach and the famous Oberoi Street. It provides an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace and free... Very helpful host and good value for money! The rooms are very big and clean. We loved the outdoor shower😊

A 10-minute walk from Petitenget Beach and Seminyak Square, Delight ART Villas is located in the trendy Seminyak area. The property consist of 3 private villas, of which 2 are interconnected. The staff was polite, always asked through WhatsApp the breakfast time that we prefer and when they could come to the villa for payment, cleaning etc. The online administrator replied on WhatsApp immediately if we needed anything. Location on a small quiet street but not far from clubs, restaurants, etc. Can't imagine the better location. It’s perfect!! The mattresses, (I guess?) are KING KOIL, because seems like that. It feels heavenly! For the beach lovers: the beach is 12 minutes walk from the villa :D
