Eldrin (The owner) and his wife are available all of the time at the resort during the day. And at night if you need to check in Eldrin's awesome staff is always ready to help. Eldrin is always approachable over the phone. The property is a little less than a 2 minute walk from the Candolim beach. The infinity pool on the second floor has breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The breakfast has a few types of cereal, muffins/donuts and a juice and at least 3 indian items in the breakfast. The eggs are always made to order. The cook in the kitchen can make items from savory to sweet and they all are extremely enticing with a wide variety of food on the menu. Being a vegetarian since I couldn't find any typical Goan dishes that we could eat (because they are all seafood) at our request Eldrin made us an awesome Goan themed vegetarian dinner. We stayed over there for 4 days and me and my family had the most fun we had ever had since the start of the pandemic. I would 100% recommend Altrude if you ever have a vacation in Goa.

Located in Candolim, The Sovereign Villa offers a garden. Each room is fitted with a balcony with a garden view. Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare.
