Set in Hyderabad and with ISB reachable within 4.3 km, Hotel Deccan Serai Grande, Gachibowli, Hyderabad offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the... One of my best stays in India! The rooms are huge and well maintained that they are always clean. Staff are friendly and there is a great coffee shop downstairs. the location is great for hitech city etc. Two things to improve; HVAC system noise (it's not too much but still can be improved), the gym conditions can be improved as well. I'll choose this hotel over other international franchise hotels any time.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, and the decor was tasteful. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always with a friendly attitude. The service was prompt, and amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and relaxing stay.

Rooms are so clean, owner was so good, he even accommodated with our late check in/check out timings. Food from the Hotel’s kitchen was so yummy and clean, it was delivered to our room. Paying for food was also very easy. Cost is affordable.

Very comfortable, spacious, comfortable bed, clean room, good bathroom and shower, great Wi-Fi, nice TV with Netflix and such like, kitchen facilities, good air conditioning. Overall, everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff were wonderful; helpful, always available. Good room service, tasty food, breakfast buffet (included in price) wasn't lavish but good and sufficient. I was concerned about location being away from a major road but Uber worked fine, always got a cab within ten minutes.
