IMU HOTEL KYOTO is situated in Kyoto, 5-minute walk from Shijo-Karasuma Metro Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. Everything was great! Room condition, free facilities was awesome, especially the hospitality was the best. Already planned to visit in upcoming summer. Can't wait for it!

Kyoto Shijo Takakura Hotel Grandereverie har en ideel beliggenhed i Shimogyo Ward-distriktet i Kyoto, 1,3 km fra Kyoto Internationale Manga Museum, 1,9 km fra Samurai Kembu Kyoto og 2,3 km fra TKP... The location of the hotel is perfect and close to the Main Street Shijo-dori where you can find all sorts of shops for food, souvenirs, shopping and restaurants. Basically you can get everything there. One particular area that amazes us is how polite and responsive the hotel staff is to address your needs. We had a wonderful stay with my wife and toddler during our stay with amazing breakfast delivered right to our room and excellent hospitality. They even prepared some energy gels and drinks for my Kyoto Marathon 2024! Beyond satisfied! Although the room is slightly smaller than we expect, that’s alright and still has ample room for us to maneuver around with 3 big luggages. The bathroom is another highlight where my toddler enjoyed so much with a super big bathtub where we all can enjoy after a long day of walking around the city.

Well set in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Saju Kyoto 茶住 京都 is located 600 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.6 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.9 km from Samurai... We had a pleasant stay at the Saju Kyoto Hotel! We were welcomed with Matcha tea and delicious cookies. In general, the people were so nice and welcoming. We loved the more „traditional“ experience and had actually a good sleep there! We would definitely come again.

We've had an absolutely wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, the room was clean and spacious, the neighborhood was pretty quiet and at a walking distance of everything we needed (not to mention the delightful Owl Cafe right across the street). A relatively small hotel that ensures a personal service in a quiet environment.
