Gyakorlatilag a Shin-Osaka vasutállomástól 10 perc sétára van, de metró vonal is van 2 perc sétára, amivel mind a Shin-Osaka, mind az Osaka vasútállomást el lehet érni. A személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt. Mi korán érkeztünk a szállásra, de check-in előtt ott tudtuk hagyni a bőröndöket is, így volt időnk kalandozni már aznap. A személyzet angol nyelvtudása kicsit karcos, de megértenek mindent, és nagyon kedvesek, úgy hogy ezzel se volt gond.

Comfortable bed, very quiet, shades were decent, the public bath was small but calm, clean and including a steam sauna, the breakfast was incredible, the staff were very nice and helpful.

Nagyon kompakt kis szoba volt, mindennel, amire szüksége van egy turistának. A legalsó szinten egy étterem is volt, egész baráti árakkal és nagy kínálattal.

The room is tiny but super tidy. All the facilities are available and easy to use. Near and easy to reach shin osaka Station to travel around. I particularly like the bento breakfast, which is a cool treat to those who is new to Japan.

Offering direct access to JR Shin Osaka Train Station, Remm Shin-Osaka offers modern contemporary rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with video-on-demand. Was initially worried about the room size after reading some of the reviews, but two above- average sized westerners and two big suitcases fitted comfortably in the room, although we took it in turns to open our suitcases when needed. The room was stylish and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for Japan and the shower was great. The massage chair was a nice addition too! Check-in was seamless and amenities were available in the reception area. The best bit, though, was the location- it was just perfect for what we wanted. We chose this hotel because we intended to go on lots of day trips using our JR passes and it was just perfect, really well connected to places in Osaka as well as Kyoto and Hiroshima. It was amazing coming back to Shin- Osaka station after a long day of travel and being able to get back to our room within 5 mins! There are lots of Japanese food options around on the lower levels of the station and also things like coffee shops, a McDonald's, convenience stores, and an Uncle Rikuro's jiggly cheesecake stall which was a delightful surprise! The hotel was also easier to find than we thought it'd be- look out for the signs for the Shinkansen and head towards that. Near the Shinkansen ticket offices and machines look out for McDonalds, a vietnamese restaurant and Tully's. The hotel is to the right of those places.

I loved the proximity to the Shin-Osaka Station. The facility was very clean. Breakfast partnered with 2 restaurants in the station is a great idea. The staff are friendly. And the price for the 4 of us was great. I also like that they had coin laundry machines. And that 711 was on the 1st floor of the hotel. It was great! Thank you, Via Inn.
