Outside onsen was beautiful with a snow covered mountain view. Food excellent and service wonderful . Highly recommend the full dinner.

Indoors or outdoors and all options are private. It was not very busy when I was there but I'm sure it gets very busy seasonally

Staff very friendly and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Bus stop close by and on the way to the ropeway. We enjoyed the hot springs and all in all loved our stay

Yukimurasaki was such a beautiful surprise find! Did not expect it to be so comfortable and pretty, and it had so many private onsens available for use. There are two baths in your room alone - one indoor, and one outdoor. On top of that, there are two rooftop onsens that you can book for your private use. Highly recommend booking one at night when the stars are out and turning off the lights to enjoy some star-gazing. The room was spacious and the futons were very comfortable. They provide both a thermos of hot water for tea and a flask of iced water if you prefer. The meals provided were also extremely delicious and made the place very value for money. Location-wise, it's in a bit of an obscure little town, but it's very near the Shinhotaka Ropeway so you can visit that with ease. We had allergies, and the hotel also made a big effort to ensure the food was non-allergenic.
