Tetsuro is amazing. He is very helpful and always responds swiftly. He also kindly organised our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. The hotel is in a quiet part of Asakusa. We are avid walkers - and we do find the distance might be a bit far for others who may not be keen to wheel their luggage for quite a distance from Asakusa Station to the hotel. It doesn't bother us as we enjoy walking. The room is cosy, and you can adjust air conditioner to levels that you are comfortable with. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Laundry detergent are also provided Family mart is just down the road.

Excellent location close to the metro station and in a walking distance to Ueno Park and Train Station. Very comfortable (altough small!!) room, comfortable and clean interiors. Highly responsive team. Perfect place for a budget stay in Tokio.

Juyoh Hotel berjarak 650 meter atau 8 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Subway Minami-Senju. Akses Wi-Fi gratis disediakan di semua kamar bersama dengan AC dan pemanas. The room was comfortable even though it was small. I chose a room with a futon, which was very comfortable to sleep on. The staff was kind. The bathroom and shower were nice and always clean. It's close to a train/metro station (around 10 minutes by foot). The area is calm and quiet.

Travelling with my two kids and they love the hotel. I think mainly because of the quality of the breakfast buffet :). Super close to the subway but very quiet location. Food options nearby but a plethora of food options across the main road in the lanes on the way to Dotombori Bridge. If I come to Osaka again I will stay here again.

Hotel provided adequate towels for everyone for the duration of our stay as there was no daily cleaning. It was also located in a quiet part of tokyo and we did not hear much traffic even though our room was on the first floor. Location was walking distance to asakusa, where there were many shops and restaurants. There was alot of space to hang clothes and they provided more hangers than other accomadations. Hotel staff were responsive on booking.com messaging even though it was an unmanned hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. I used to go this hotel and booked this hotel again three years ago. Unfortunely, I had to cancel such booking due to COVID-19. After 3 years has passed, I decided to book this hotel again. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are so nice and friendly. It was very impressive that I can see Tokyo Tower from my room. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go to Tokyo next time 👍👍😄😄
