Good staff, location, atmospherer, breakfast. I had arrived at 2am so late check-in, but they were still wait for me and welcoming. Really good interior and atmospherer so toally recommand KLOE hotel

Situated in Kuala Lumpur, 1 km from Berjaya Times Square, citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Great value for a super comfy stay. Super expedite check in & out. Exactly what you need for a good rest, nice lighting/automated windows shutters ambiance, a very responsive temperature control , all in one completely functional space! On top of this, a pretty busy food market just a few meters away (Jalan Alor), and next to a 7/11. Amazing, varied and yummy breakfast! Best hotel of my Southeast Asia trip!

From the staff to the room facilities and the breakfast it was just all amazing. Staff offer a choice of smells to help you sleep better at night which was amazing. Also the toilet is heated which was a bonus. We also enjoyed the pool area.

I liked everything! The incredible view, the staff is very helpful and polite, the room was top rated, I had a kettle, tea / coffee, all the toiletries! There was enough space for everything and the bathroom is modern and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, no crowds. I was lucky and I never had any queues at the lifts. There were enough of them. Plenty of eating options nearby as well as MRT station. The hotel is one of the best ones that I ever stayed at! Thank you very much!
