Great WhatsApp communication prior to arrival asking if I had any special requirements and during stay too. They were able to advise driver to wait due to lost luggage. Concierge (Ronald) went above and beyond to make sure baggage reached me - he communicated whilst on day off - which it did. All staff were polite, well informed and keen to assist.
