Besides the hotel being extremely well located, the clean rooms, and friendly staff, we had an exceptional encounter with management. My parents were very keen on buying one of the coffee table books, and the Manager insisted on gifting it to them. What a lovely gesture, and one that we’ll remember for a long time to come.

Hotel Larende is an independently owned hotel with free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk in Amsterdam. Food market De Hallen is only a 4-minute walk away. Room location and breakfast. Location was great. There was a great bar right on the corner towards the bridge. Super cool place.

Alp Hotel is a small and charming hotel right in the Amsterdam city centre, 600 metres from the Jordaan neighbourhood. The hotel includes free Wi-Fi and a garden with a terrace. I had a fantastic time at this hotel! I felt welcome and safe from the minute I stepped into the lobby. I was happily introduced to the reception area and given a tour of the lobby and room where I was staying. I was provided with a booklet about the best activities in the city and given some insider tricks that most tourists don't know about (which led me to some amazing places during my visit!.) The location is absolutely fantastic; quiet, peaceful and offers so much to do and there is a streetcar stop right in front of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance including museums and shops. restaurants etc. There is always a staff member in the reception area 24/7 in case you need help. There were a few nights I came back really late at night and I felt so happy that I was welcomed to such a warm and safe space :) The room was clean and comfy, and there was an amazing bath. Book your stay with Alp, it will be worth it :) I will be back!

Only a 5-minute walk from Vondelpark and Leidseplein, this 3-star boutique hotel features a courtyard garden with a seating deck. The simple yet functional rooms feature a TV and a modern bathroom. Nicely designed and, for Amsterdam, spacious rooms. The staff was very nice and the free hot drinks in the lobby were a nice extra.
