In general it was good. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and they knew English. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. There was the vast variety of dishes in it. If you want you can order the dishes to your room. Meat (veal) was delicious - soft and melting in the mouth.

Het Major Hotel is gunstig gelegen vlak bij de luchthaven Balice Airport, de snelweg E77 en op slechts 4 km van de oude stad van Krakau. Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.

Zelfs veel meer dan je nodig hebt voor een degelijk ontbijt. Ik heb zelf niet gezwommen. Mijn zoon zegt dat het water mss iets te koud was. Hert personeel was super vriendelijk en dag en nacht klaar om alle vragen te beantwoorden.
