The Westin Warsaw is located in the centre of Warsaw, 5 minutes’ walking distance from the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw Central Railway Station and the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers bij in- en uitchecken. Ook zeer behulpzaam ! Mooie ruime kamer waar niets ontbreekt. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en zowel continental als Aziatisch. Ligt op wandelafstand van het moderne centrum, alsook de oude binnenstad. Hier komen we graag terug !

Het hotel ibis Warszawa Centrum ligt op slechts 2 km van het centraal station van Warschau en dicht bij de zakenwijk Warschau Business SkyLine. I think the service is the best of this Hotel. The receptionists are very friendly, passionate and helpful. During the stay, I had two problems & two more questions, and every time the receptionists tried to solve the problems immediately. For example, while using the hair dryer after shower, the hair dryer was suddenly broken (the plastic wire). To avoid unnecessary misunderstanding, I brought the hair dryer and informed the receptionist, then he asked a repairman fixed it with efficiency the next morning. Besides, it seemed like the heater was closed during my stay(25-27/3). Even turning on the air-conditioner(heat), It didn't work. I felt very cold in the room and asked the receptionist, and she gave me a space heater. 2.The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt very comfortable staying in that room. The cleansing lady might do a lot of hard work to maintain the cleaness.
