We found a personal note from the manager and some fresh fruit in our room on arrival. We also received a voucher for a complementary drink at the bar. Breakfast had a vast choice and was very tasty. Room was perfect with a wonderful view to the cathedral. Beautiful area - walkable to the city center and sights. Most of the touristic tours start on the square just by the hotel. (a bit uphill, but so is the entire city) Beds - super comfy. Appreciated the wide choice of EN channels on the TV (not just BBC and CNN but a lot of entertainment channels)

El Memoria Porto FLH Hotels està molt ben situat al districte d'União de Freguesias do Centro de Porto, a 90 m del Palácio da Bolsa, a 100 m del mercat de Ferreira Borges i a 300 m de la plaça de... Ens ha agradat tot. L’Hotel està molt bé i el personal ha estat excel·lent. Les habitacions perfectes i la ubicació genial. El recomano moltíssim.

The staff was super professional, paid attention to every detail, and delivered impeccable service. The warm welcome with glasses of Port Wine was a nice touch. The room upgrade and the stunning view of Porto's main cathedral took us by surprise – many thanks for that and all the other perks! The hotel is luxurious and cozy, with fantastic design, perfect cleanliness, a great spa and swimming pool, and a delightful breakfast. The location is top, right in the middle of the historical center with main restaurants and sights all around. We simply loved the hotel and are grateful for this wonderful experience!
