It is a very nice, boutique hotel in a very convenient location at Porto. We were particularly impressed with the personnel. It so happened that my wife and I lost our documents and personal belongings while traveling to the city of Porto. The hotel’s personnel was extremely supportive in this difficult situation; with their help we ultimately found and returned everything. Special thanks to Claudia for her tremendous help!
