As always this is my favorite hotel to stay while in Bucharest. I have been here more than 15 times in the last 3 years. The staff is friendly and they try to make my visit pleasant.

Centrally located on Victoriei Street in the heart of Bucharest, Grand Hotel Continental is steps away from the National Art Museum and close to the Athenaeum, Universitate‎ Metro Station, and... We got stuck in Bucharest as our flight out was cancelled. So were in need of an extra night and since the airline was responsible for our hotel we decided to treat ourselves to this 5 star hotel. We were not disappointed. Wonderful building, great rooms, very friendly staff. We had to check out early to catch our rebooked flight and our breakfast was already waiting at reception so we could take it with us to the airport. Can recommend this place.
