The ventilation fan in the shower room was down and asked them to mend it. Then the receptionist transferred me to room No 138. I am sure they told you that I had not show up to avoid paying your duty or your percentage. They are not true. They are lying. I checked in about 8.00 Pm. I checked out next morning at about 11 o'clock. I paid them 160 Saudi Riyal.
