This is a lovely old heritage building next to Bugis Street and Bugis MRT. The apartment I had was a one bedroom with a balcony, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All very pleasant, well equipped and spotlessly clean, but what makes this place really special are the people who work in it. I met Rey, who is the Manager at the reception, and Warren, as well as a young woman who worked on reception also. So helpful and friendly. It seemed nothing was too much trouble. This made it feel like home and I can't wait to go back again. As mentioned in other reviews there is some traffic noise if you have an apartment facing the main road so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. You won't be disappointed. Thank you especially to Rey who is such a nice chap. If I needed anything the team just sorted it. Thank you. You are all great.

I appreciated the early check in, the customer service was absolutely spot on! I felt the room exactly matches the photos and also the expectations are very clearly stated on their Booking page. I really must commend Joel Santiago, as he went out of his way to really assist me with all needs. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay and my only regret is having to leave! Fantastic, central location, with great value and excellent free minibar!!!

The location is extraordinary. One can walk to many attractions. Two MRT stations are close to the hotel. Breakfast is extraordinary, a lot vegetarian choices as well. Singaporeans are so polite and nice, Aron, one of the front desk employees, kindly drew a map for me because I was having difficulties with google map. Hema Anita, the chef is so efficient, fast, and polite.
