A huge selection of cuisines: Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and European with a very wide range of culinary! 3). The ATHENEE Hotel has fragrances installed throughout the hotel and on the Club floors and there is always a pleasant aroma. 4). Very comfortable beds and linens. 5). The whole hotel is clean and shiny, all common areas are cleaned regularly and promptly. Also very good cleaning of the rooms, everything is updated on time. 6). The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. 7). Very good Internet connection, no problem in all areas of the Hotel.

I thought they’re going to have an old looking place but surprisingly, they have advanced technology inside it. Just have to tap to turn on/off the lights, TV, adjust the temperature and all that. ✅ Water Heater ✅ Hair Blower ✅ Kettle ✅ Non smoking rooms ✅ Fast Elevator ✅ Bar Lounge ✅ AC Ventilation is so clean Yes, I could say the ventilation is clean because my throat didn’t feel dry the next day. It’s good. Plus when you call down and need something. They give it to you within 30 seconds! It’s unbelievable. However, only 2 free water bottles per day. I think I could not complain because it’s very close to the bars, and one train station away (17 Baht) to Central World.

Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit is located at the heart of Bangkok's city centre, providing a convenient location for both business and leisure. Everything was beyond my expectation. Staffs were grateful, helpful and polite. Hot water and AC worked well. Throughout our stay, we did many minor requests like amenities or extra water and they managed to do all of them for us. There are HDMI and VGA ports to connect your devices with TV. You can borrow HDMI cables from them too! Extremely good location with BTS station less than 100 m walking distance, nearby pharmacy, cafes and convenience stores.

This hotel is within a short walking distance of the train station, and about a 10-minute walk to the US Embassy - there are many other Embassies within walking distance too. We were given a free upgrade to a corner suite which was fantastic, given that we were there for 3 days. We were also allowed in our room earlier than check-in - our flight was rescheduled and we arrived earlier than we expected, but our room was ready so they let us in. The corner suite is fabulous with a balcony, a separate lounge dining room (from the bedroom), and a kitchen with microwave and washer/dryer. This made our stay so much sweeter! Breakfast is incredible and is a mixture of Western and Thai dishes in buffet style. All the staff we came into contact with, from the front desk, the breakfast room, the staff at the hotel entrance, and even staff that happened to be going up or down the elevator, were so wonderful. Respectful, kind, and very helpful. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and we loved it!
