Approachable Staff: Ms. Quan/Kwan and the other front desk personnel were friendly and approachable. Communication was made easier with the option of using Google Translate Audio. 7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services could be requested at the front desk or by simply turning on the housekeeping button in the suite door. However, it's important to note that it was a light and simple cleaning. 8. Ample Power Outlets: The room provided plenty of power outlets, which was convenient for charging multiple devices. 9. Well-Equipped Room: The room had a range of amenities, including a clothes hanger and cabinet, hairdryer, toiletries, coffee, tea, a small can of chocolate, a mini refrigerator, a kettle, a bathtub, an automatic toilet, and the ability to control room lighting scenarios using the TV. 10. Pleasant Surprises: Although unsure if my booked room included a bathtub and desk area, I was delighted to find that they were indeed included and perfectly met our needs. 11. Thoughtful Room Design: The room had a great design, with a wide sitting area in the foyer that allowed for easy organization and arrangement of luggage. 12. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use) 4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!
