The location is good and pretty close to Taichung train station. The room is spacious, modern and the bed was very comfortable. The washroom is also so spacious and clean, modern and everything you would want in a hotel bathroom! Would definitely want to stay here again!

Attractively set in Taichung, Sparrow Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Idéalement placé à 1 km environ de la gare des bus, des trains, de la painted animation lane, la rivière du centre, du Taichung Park... Chambre calme, lumineuse, propre. Par contre pas d'armoire mais une barre au mur avec 2 cintres, ce n'est pas suffisant. Sdb avec vraie douche vitrée mais manque de porte-serviettes, ça ne sèche pas bien. Pas de breakfast mais café et thé à volonté à l'accueil, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes et des tables pour consommer ce que l'on a acheté à l'extérieur, c'est vraiment bien pensé. Bouilloire dans la chambre avec thé et eau chaque jour.

Staff is also extremely helpful and kind, and even helped us to contact a restaurant that we wanted to visit.

There was great communication with the hotel from the start. Our arrival was delayed & staff reached out to confirm our time which was wonderful. We arrived at about midnight & the front desk staff person, Max, did a fantastic job checking us in. After flying for more than 24 hours, it was a gift for us to have a room with a bath tub & excellent hot water. We also like that there was a kettle in the room & we received complimentary bottles of water for our entire four night stay. Our bed was nice and comfortable too which allowed us to sleep very well for the duration of our stay. This boutique hotel is close to everything downtown and staff are very responsive. We would stay again. Highly recommended!

It was far nicer than we were expecting for the price. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were all very clean. The location was also super convenient being right next to the city train station
