Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror. Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff and door men. The pool/spa area was relaxing. The artwork and attention to detail was exceptional.

Located in the heart of the Chicago city centre, this hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk from the luxury shops of Michigan Avenue and the banks of the Chicago River. Amazing location! Just 2 blocks away from the metro station! And about breakfast, this was amazing, getting to know Javier and Fannie really cheerfully people and really pay you attention and help you out with whatever you will need.

The people - Jerome, Ra, Gabby, Val & Kami - made the place even more wonderful than it already is. They helped with directions, suggestions, we shared some great chats. I think they really care about the people who stay with them. And I will return just to see them again.
