After arriving, the receptionist at the front desk told me that if I wanted to pay with cash, I should pay at the end of my stay and they’d hold the amount of my stay on my credit card, and so I did (I was in a hurry). second day, The general manager named Trent was at the front desk and I explained him my situation and he was very understandable and cooperative with me, he released the amount he held on my card and accepted my cash, he also wrote me an official document stating that they released the amount as my bank got late deposing the amount back into my account (took 9-10 days). So regardless the stay cleanliness, great breakfast, and location, this hotel has a very open minded understandable general manager. would stay there again if I came back.
