The location was so quiet and honestly the service and staff was great. Everyone was so so kind and it really made me feel comfortable. The room was worth every penny.

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. view from floor 27 was amazing! we saw the times square paramount building! very clean, especially breakfast & door service staff was extremely friendly amazing location!

Everyone was really nice, they offered to keep our luggage after we checked out so we can walk around easily, the room was clean and very comfortable, we are going to stay there again whenever we are back in New York.

We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Hotelul Whitby este situat în zona superioară din centrul Manhattanului, la 483 de metri de Central Park și în apropiere de magazine, precum Saks Fifth Avenue și Bergdorf Goodman. Room - Beautifully finished. Lovely bathroom with a fantastic power shower. Tap handles that dont require a Phd in Astrophysics to work out either ! Hotel - Beautiful throughout. Staff - Really attentive. Car parked within 2 minutes of our arrival. Location - Couldnt be better.
