The Chrysler building is 482.8 metres from the hotel.... The overall ambiance and the look of the building exterior / interior is very aesthetically appealing. You really get the new york manhattan experience. but what made us really happy about our stay was the staff, and how warm they were. they were able to quickly address our needs. with no hesitation and etc, they were very fast and very accommodating to all our requests. and i believe that was the best part of our stay besides the good location, the cleanliness of the room, and the completeness of the facilities. keep it up.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and I slept very soundly. The view from the 9th floor allowed natural light in and was of the back of buidings in a way that still made me feel like I was in NYC! The staff were super-helpful and respectful. The entrance was in a location that allowed even a single traveller female who is unfamiliar with NYC to feel safe.

Staff are amazing and go above and beyond expectations.

The view, if you are lucky to get the right room, is really nice.

This hotel was amazing. We came for my daughter's birthday and they treated her like a princess! It was truly amazing. The location was perfect, the room was beautiful, and the staff was so kind and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC!
