Viesiem tiek piedāvāti numuri, tostarp “suite” numuri. the room is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Hector. the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was perfect for hot steamy showers after our long flight. we also really enjoyed the breakfast at the bakery next door. the decor of the hotel is super amazing and art deco, i really liked taking the beautiful lifts up to my room.

The location was excellent, the rooms were super clean, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the staff very helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very cosy. I will definitely stay there when I visit New York again! Even though I usually do not feel comfortable in hotel rooms, in the case of Lucerne I could stay for a whole month, it really felt as a second home!

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. Location was superb, easy walking to Central Park, and subway stations. We discovered great local restaurants. The bed very comfortable and for Manhattan hotel, good amount of room.
