Set in Oklahoma City, 300 metres from Bricktown, Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Bricktown has a number of amenities, including a fitness centre, a garden and free WiFi. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately we’ve been transferred to another hotel due to overbooking. But Hyatt Place took excellent care of us, we had no problem with our stay! Thank you Hyatt

The lady at the desk greeted me with a warmth in her smile, knew my first name, checked us in and showed us a place to park with a smile and a grac;iouness of a hostess welcoming someone into their home. It set the tone for our whole stay. The breakfast was as good as I've had at a motel. This motel was easy to get to, and most especially, easy to park at. The rooms were clean and well proportioned.

Bricktown is beautiful and lots of restaurants near. Agape helped me out so much. I needed a flash drive and the nearest store that had one was 30 min transit ride away. She let me use her door dash so I could get it. She was so amazing and very kind and friendly to talk too. Definitely highlight of the hotel! Thank you!!

All staff were great. Night time front desk was the most hospitable young man we have ever dealt with. Breakfast was great and hours perfect. Location was good for us as we did not have to find alternate parking and walked where we needed to go. Security was on top of parking and we felt our vehicle was safe. Having a kitchenette and pull out sofa was such a plus as we have 3 children. Definitely staying here again!

In the heart of downtown Oklahoma City and only steps from top attractions including AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, this hotel features a free daily hot breakfast and signature Cloud Nine beds. The workers helped us a lot. I made a mistake because I couldn’t find the hairdryer. They were very patient and helped me out. So appreciated their assessment.
