Situato di fronte al Campidoglio di Sacramento, l'Hyatt Regency Sacramento offre una piscina all'aperto riscaldata, un ristorante e un centro benessere completo. Non l’abbiamo nemmeno vista. Chiesto di anticipare la data, ci hanno detto che per loro era possibile, ma Booking non lo consentiva. Chiamando Booking, abbiamo invece saputo che l’hotel non consentiva la modifica. Mai più Hyatt!

Less than 15 minutes' drive from Sacramento International Airport, this California hotel offers free airport shuttles, an outdoor pool and hot tub. Guest rooms feature free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Too late for breakfast but felt that every aspect of our stay was a surprise - ands a pleasant one at that. An unfriendly welcome that often makes your feel like a problem rather than a guest happens all too often at small facilities. The lady who greeted me was simply down to earth and friendly. We received a sincere apology from a cleaning staff member the next morning following a loud disagreement between two guests outside our room. Cleaning staff caring enough to apologize, and for something over which she had no control nor input? Unheard of elsewhere. Our stay was a pleasure. We felt that we’d stumbled on a jewel for inclusion during our next road trip from Canada southward.
