We booked this place for 3 weeks and were very happy with it overall. They gave us a great big room with all the amenities. My husband is in IT and he was able to work from home in his room with the fast wifi. Water was always hot, no issues. Very clean with AC and fan. They also have us a hot water boiler for the whole 3 weeks!

I like that the place is inside an alley & not street front. There're plenty of food options around. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was exactly like the photos. Pretty happy with the services too.

Mai Hotel har en god beliggenhed i Dong Da-kvarteret i Hanoi, 3 km fra Vietnams kunstmuseum, 3 km fra Hanoi-templet og 3,6 km fra togstationen Ha Noi. I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.
