The property was easy to find and it was very clean. Check in was flexible. We stayed two nights and they cleaned the room after the first night as well. Shower was amazing, with plenty of hot water! We will rebook for sure! Highly recommended.

Good location overall & about 15-20 min walk away from center. If you're looking for something further away from the Old Quarter noises this would be an option. I like that the place is inside an alley & not street front. There're plenty of food options around. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was exactly like the photos. Pretty happy with the services too.

My stay near Hanoi's Old Quarter was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter and the serene atmosphere of Van Mieu. The cozy room, attentive staff, and overall experience truly enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

Nesta Hotel & Spa asub Hanois, 1,9 km kaugusel Vietnami kaunite kunstide muuseumist. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, privaatne parkla, aed ja terrass. Everything was amazing. From the workers to the location "for us" away from noise and traffic but close enough to commute. Price for what we received was great. Breakfast was great and diverse, room service was the best.

The staff is very friendly, polite and kind. Cleaning was done on time and thoroughly. The rooms are in perfect order. Beautiful interior and rooms! All issues are resolved instantly. I recommend this hotel to everyone! I have very good impressions of the Vietnamese! Thanks everyone for a great time!

Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

Selles kolmetärnihotellis on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt.... We stayed for 2 nights in total. The location is ideal, but the quality of the staff made it something else. Attentive, friendly, warm, coupled with excellent facilities, if we ever return to Hanoi it will be our first choice. Great stay !
