We booked this place for 3 weeks and were very happy with it overall. They gave us a great big room with all the amenities. My husband is in IT and he was able to work from home in his room with the fast wifi. Water was always hot, no issues. Very clean with AC and fan. They also have us a hot water boiler for the whole 3 weeks!

Grand Mercure Hanoi มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์วิจิตรศิลป์เวียดนาม 700 ม. Veey new, but well experienced staffs and services. Always suggest something more than what we want in good way. Room was very clean, bed was good size and amazing comfortness. oh and the best breakfast buffet.

Good location overall & about 15-20 min walk away from center. If you're looking for something further away from the Old Quarter noises this would be an option. I like that the place is inside an alley & not street front. There're plenty of food options around. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was exactly like the photos. Pretty happy with the services too.

My stay near Hanoi's Old Quarter was delightful. The hotel's location offered easy access to both the bustling streets of the Old Quarter and the tranquil ambiance of Van Mieu. The room was comfortable, the staff attentive, and the overall experience enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

New building , nice rooms , very clean however we had issue with heating at night but they fixed it . We would recommend staying here

Mai Hotel อยู่ในทำเลดีในเขต Dong Da District ของฮานอย โดยตั้งอยู่ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์วิจิตรศิลป์เวียดนาม 3 กม. ห่างจากวิหารวรรณกรรม ฮานอย 3 กม. และห่างจากสถานีรถไฟฮานอย 3.6 กม. I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

3 T Hotel Hanoi อยู่ในฮานอย และอยู่ห่างสถานีรถไฟฮานอย ไม่เกิน 600 ม. Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

Room was beautiful, clean and tasteful. Service definitely stood out, with an extremely excellent staff. The staff were super friendly and helpful in entertaining all our requests including reservations for meals and spa, as well as recommending places of interest and souvenirs.
