The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the public areas are fantastic, and so it the food. And what really sets this hotel aside from other hotels we have stayed in, is the level of service - very very excellent. I would go to Hanoi again only to stay here.

The hotel is very well located, very close to main attractions. The hotel staff also helped us to book an excellent day trip to Ninhbinh. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good with varied options. We had very relaxing days in Hanoi and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. Everything is carefully prepared, there is nothing to complain about when staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and encourage everyone to book a room here.
