The amazing staff at the Midori Hanoi made our trip truly special and memorable. Planning the trip was as easy as can be, they booked our stay and accommodated our frequent checking in and checking out as we visited Sapa and Ninhbinh. And hotel restaurant team served up great food with endless smiles.

The room we had originally booked was spacious and light, and we were more than happy with it. Upon arrival Benshome were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. Im sure thats not normally what happens, and we didnt ask for it, but we were overjoyed. The staff are professional and go out of their way to help, including recommending local restaurants. There are two washing machines on the top floor and a place to dry your clothes as well. They also have filtered water on tap!! Also Benshome is situated right in the middle of Hai Ba Trung, a very cool part of Hanoi.

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
