It’s a stunning property with a beautiful garden and very spacious rooms. From the terrace you get a nice view of the mountains too. Old town is a short and nice walk, but not too close so it’s very quiet. Abdullah (the owner) and his staff were all very friendly and professional. All of this comes at a surprisingly affordable price. Highly recommended!

This was my third time in Nizwa and this place was the best one I stayed. We enjoyed full of 2 days here in this clean, quite and safe place. The guy at the reception was very friendly and kind. The garden was very peacefull. They have free parking and it is very close to the fort and old souq.
