It was really amazing to stay in the yurt. It is very spacious, well furnished and decorated with good tastes. The yurt is really peaceful and you can definitely tell it is managed by passionate people. The breakfast is really good, and served in a yurt too. I highly recommend! We regret not staying longer at that place.

Super friendly and they have a great eye for details. The yurt was VERY charming. Toilet and shower is a few meters away and just as charming as the yurt. It all adds to the experience! Breakfast was great, way too much actually! Absolutely the best stay we had in Iceland on our two week trip. Wish we would have had an extra night here! Tip for anyone complaining about that it's hard to find: just follow the route descriptions you get by e-mail and you will be just fine.

Amazing view, comfortable bed. Kitchenette was well equipped. Fireplace was easy to use and made it feel like home. I will definitely visit again.

The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and a tea and coffee maker. This tent features a seating area, an outdoor dining area, garden views and a shared bathroom. Visited for two weeks for our honeymoon - the pictures did not do it justice as the view continuously took our breath away everytime we left our tent! Staff was surprisingly friendly and proffesional, and all the facilities were nearly spotless (except when a guest for some reason vomited in the sink in the bathroom in the middle of the night, which was cleaned up within 12 hours) Multiple hiking trails of different lengths exist in the immediate vicinity, hosting a wide range of scenery. A grocery store/restaurant is located only a 10 minute walk away, and the nearest city only 10 minutes by car. We had to send a package to the location in advance as well, and the staff was more than willing to pick up the package for us and deliver it to our tent before we arrived (the post office was stupidly complicated though, so we ended up having to pick it up ourselves anyway) Would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway!
