El Flameback Eco Lodge se encuentra en Yala, a 42 km de Situlpawwa, y ofrece servicio de conserjería y conexión wifi gratis. El concepto de tienda de lujo estilo safari en África me parece atractivo. El alojamiento está frente a un lago y ofrece servicios como organización de safaris en Yala o masajes. El restaurante es también muy acogedor.

The property was meticulously curated, and the staff were carefully chosen for their generosity and hospitality. The food and welcome drinks were well prepared; they include selections that I am confident many will try for the first time. Clubbing with safari makes you feel comfortable because they can arrange everything to make your safari trip more convenient. I met Umasha, the safari coordinator; she was excellent and very knowledgable about flora and fauna. Our enjoyable stay at Camp Leopard was made possible by the expertise of the personnel. Tienda con zona de estar, entrada privada y zona de comedor. El Yala Wild Hut se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 19 km de Tissa Wewa y a 21 km de Situlpawwa, y ofrece restaurante y vistas al jardín. Genuin Sri Lankan food, peple and surroundings! Great service and care for our wellbeeing.

First ask yourself what is the reason you want to be here - if you are here for the nature alone, Nilantha is the best person you can stay with and who you SHOULD take as a guide with you to the safari. He has a degree in biology , fluent English and knows so much about the local fauna and flora so a full day safari doesn’t get boring (which I can imagine can if you only take a driver with you). He is a true believer in ecotourism and is giving back to local communities. If you are here for a fancy dinner and facilities, go somewhere else. This is a simple stay in the jungle. And one more thing to add - your guide is not responsible for how many animals you’ll see BUT we were lucky and he for sure knows some spots where they MIGHT appear. And last but not least- Nilantha is a great and nice person we had a chance to meet :)

El Yala Dream Park está situado a 15 minutos en auto del parque nacional de Yala y cuenta con jardín y parrilla. Tissa Wewa está a 8 km. Hay wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. Such a wonderful place with an amazing hospitality. I’ve also enjoyed the private safari. That was full of excitement! The room on a tree was pretty clean and the bbq was fantastic. Thank you guys and keep on doing all these things!

El Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive se encuentra en Yala, a menos de 1 km de Situlpawwa, y ofrece alojamiento con conexión wifi gratis, aire... Kulu Safaris is a completely exceptional place to stay in every way and it was the highlight of our holiday in Sri Lanka. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Our guide, Jeana, was very knowledgeable about Sri Lankan wildlife and a lovely person, we learnt a lot from talking to her on our safaris. We also went kayaking on the lake which was beautiful. The tents are so comfortable to stay in and it's a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and we were served our meals in different locations around the site, which was beautiful and very romantic. It is expensive, but the safari and other activities is included, as well as all food and drink, and so I think it is definitely worth the money, particularly as Kulu is very eco-conscious and ensures minimal disruption to the wildlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend staying at Kulu more highly, and I hope to go back one day.

El hotel está muy cerca del parque nacional de Yala. Está formado por diferentes tiendas equipadas con aire acondicionado, baño y cama extra grande. Recomiendo coger la pensión completa porque no hay mucho cerca.

Situated 17 km from Situlpawwa, Leopard Nest - Glamping in Yala offers accommodation and free WiFi in Yala. The property offers a complimentary game drive to Yala National Park. The location is one of a kind. After we switched into a 4x4 we traveled down a bumpy track to the beautiful location amongst the trees and in the middle of the forest. Staff were very helpful getting our bags up to the tree house. The location isn’t for everyone as it’s fairly remote but very close to yala national park. Food at the hotel was great. On the evening we had a BBQ that was outside in a candle lit location. Food was good and service great. The accommodation is amazing but obviously this is glamping and so we had a lizard or two surprise us but was definitely part of the fun. The safari organised by the team was great. Charging around the park in a jeep looking at all the animals was fantastic. Great stay
