Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya ligt in Bidiyah en biedt gratis WiFi, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant. Alle units hebben een eigen badkamer met douche. Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij. Chauffeur Zahir heeft veel moeite gedaan om ons op te halen en de overstromingen te trotseren die er door het slechte weer waren. Aangekomen op het kamp zijn we nog heerlijk met quads wezen rijden in de woestijn. Een ervaring om nooit te vergeten. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om er het beste van te maken ondanks de slechte weersomstandigheden.

Rashid was very friendly and helpful wanting to make sure his guests were all happy, we couldn’t find the meeting place in Bidiyah and he sent someone to find us and take us to the camp. Location was just what we hoped for in the sand dunes and tent spacious and clean, lovely big comfortable bed. Plenty of food for breakfast and dinner, as we were late arriving Rashid faves us a little taste of dune bashing on our way back to the car park.

Nomadic Desert Camp is gelegen in Al Wāşil. De luxe tent, gevestigd in een gebouw uit 1998, biedt gratis privéparkeren. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij de luxe tent verstrekt. The camp is located not too close from the nearest village, offering an immersive desert experience. The tents are spacious, clean and nicely decorated and so is the dining area. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient and agreeing pick up was really easy. The buffet was generous with a good and tasty selection of food. The camp offers activities like camel riding and dune safari. We enjoyed both very much. The greatest plus of this camp is that, compared to other structures who might have more of a hotel feel, gives the travellers a authentic and close to nature experience. We would go back and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Sunrise Desert Local Private Camp is gelegen in Bidiyah en biedt een terras. Deze luxe tent heeft een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. Handdoeken en beddengoed worden bij de luxe tent verstrekt. Locatie heel goed; ver in de woestijn, vlakbij de hoge zandduinen. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer.

The tent offers a barbecue, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The tent features outdoor furniture. The unit offers 2 beds. We had a magical stay at Crescent Camp. The camp has a smaller amount of tents than others so is more peaceful and a more authentic experience. The tent and beds are clean and comfortable, there is tea, coffee and fruit available 24/7 in the main tent. Dinner and breakfast were lovely and had a variety of options to please everyone. Although some people have mentioned in their reviews that the meals and activities are overpriced, they are more affordable compared to other camps. There are balls and a volleyball net available for children to plan with. We enjoyed a wonderful dune bashing adventure which the whole family loved. It was magical waking at 4am for a bathroom trip and gazing up at the Milky Way above.

Guests will find a stovetop, kitchenware and an oven in the kitchen. The tent also has a barbecue. Het was in 1 woord geweldig. Khaled en Hamood voelden als familie, de woestijn was prachtig, het eten geweldig. Een van de mooiste vakantie ervaringen.

SAFARI-Glamping ligt op 50 km van Wadi Bin Khalid en biedt accommodatie in Bidiyah-20 km in de woestijn van het dorp Al Hawaiyah. Helemaal privé. Fijne accommodatie en heerlijk eten. Perfecte atmosfeer.

The Alsarmadi Desert Camp is an amazing experience. Our hosts picked us up in the nearby township of Bidiya, and it was only a short 30min drive out to the camp. You are surrounded by sand dunes, but high up enough to enjoy a beautiful sunset/sunrise. The hosts are very welcoming and can organise several activities during your stay in the desert. Some incur extra costs, like camel rides & lunch at a Bedouin camp. Or you can simply enjoy exploring the dunes, like we did. The tents are clean & comfortable, it was the best sleep of our whole trip! And as female travellers we felt safe the whole time. Breakfast & dinner were also delicious. Thank you to Said & his son Alfarooq for a wonderful experience in the desert!
