I like EVERYTHING about it! The staff there is wonderful! One of the main reasons why I will come back to the hotel and EVEN JAPAN! they’re just amazing and the facilities are just as good! Everything is so clean, well organised, just perfect! I arrived from my flight at almost 3 am and there was someone waiting for me, he helped me with my luggage, prepared some slippers for me, and told me we could do the paper work in the morning, that I should just rest first after a long flight. The bathrooms are SO CLEAN! honestly everything about this place is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Hisayo-san is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! She is super interesting to talk to and her view on different topics made me learn lots! Really enjoyed our conversations with some Umeshu 🥰 She is very kind and attentive. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and cozy, perfect for winter. It was right next to the station too so getting there was really easy. It’s really close to Haneda Airport so I recommend it for people that like convenience.
